As a Real Estate Professional, its important to make your home inviting and warm. That includes the exterior. Make it inviting on the outside are a newly painted door (or replace it), a new welcome mat, visible or lite house numbers and flowers and plants at the front door on nice stands or big pots. Clean the entry way, by hosing it down and getting rid of wasps nests, cob webs etc. Working door bell and a fresh light bulb in front does wonders!

Inside must be clean like a model home. Get rid of clutter and your collections, you will be moving anyway, so box them up early.
Clean kitchen and bathrooms are a must! Make your beds everyday and put away dirty clothes out of sight! Smell is very important, buy room freshners and vacuum regularly!
Your home must stand out compared to the others that are on the market. Remember you are in competition with your other neighbors and surrounding homes.
