Title
Sales or Use Tax Affidavit
current Texas Identification Certification, Form VI-30-A, which shows that the vehicle has passes a safety inpsection -(I go to MR. STICKER)
A current odometer reading
customs documentation if from a foreign country
and
Proof of Insurance
You must pay in cash, can include registration (both front and back plates), title application, use tax and a new resident fee. There can be other fees.
