Coldwell Banker mortgage is currently running a pricing special until February 15th. Buyers will receive a .625% discount off of the points for FHA loans and .50% on conventional loans. In addition to this pricing special, I am also offering to pay for the buyer’s appraisal ($415 value). The only conditions are they must lock in by  February 15th and the loan amount must be at least $100,000.
